Cancellation Policy
Regular Classes
You can cancel your booking up to 4 hours before class starts without penalty.
Cancellations made less than 4 hours before class are considered a late cancellation.
For Single Classes and class packs, a late cancellation or no-show results in the loss of the class credit used for that booking.
For HEAT Intro and HEAT Unlimited, late cancellations and no-shows are registered under our penalty system. The first late cancellation or no-show within the applicable 30-day period is registered without a fee. Upon reaching 2 late cancellations or 2 no-shows within 30 days, a €15 penalty fee applies.
Late cancellations and no-shows are tracked separately. Further penalties may apply for subsequent late cancellations or no-shows while the applicable strikes remain active.
Outstanding penalty fees may result in booking restrictions until payment has been completed.
Early HEAT
For our early morning classes, cancellations must be made the evening before class. This gives us enough time to adjust the class and allows someone else to take your spot.
Late cancellations and no-shows for Early HEAT are subject to the same penalties as above.
Thank you for cancelling in time whenever you can.
Refund Policy
-
All purchases are final and non-refundable.
-
Credits are non-transferable and may not be shared with or gifted to another person.
-
In exceptional circumstances, refunds or credit adjustments may be considered at HEAT's discretion.
Intro Offer
-
The Intro Offer is limited to one per person.
-
HEAT reserves the right to verify eligibility and cancel the offer if it is found to have been used more than once by the same individual.

Membership
HEAT Unlimited provides unlimited access to regular HEAT group classes, subject to availability. Special events, workshops, private classes and separately priced experiences are not included unless explicitly stated otherwise.
HEAT Unlimited costs €129 per month and is billed automatically on a monthly basis.
The €129 Founding Membership is limited to 40 memberships. The Founding rate remains applicable for as long as the membership remains continuously active. If a Founding Membership is cancelled and the client later rejoins, the membership price available at that time will apply.
Memberships are personal and non-transferable.
Membership Term & Cancellation
HEAT Unlimited has a minimum commitment of 3 months. After the initial commitment period, the membership continues automatically on a monthly basis.
A one-month notice period applies to membership cancellations.
Cancellation must be submitted through the cancellation method designated by HEAT. Cancelling individual class reservations or deleting the HEAT app does not constitute cancellation of the membership.
Class Availability
Unlimited access does not guarantee availability in any particular class. All classes must be booked in advance through the HEAT Antwerp app and are available on a first come, first served basis.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
HEAT reserves the right to restrict bookings or terminate a membership in cases of repeated misuse of the booking system.
Member Benefits
HEAT Unlimited includes one guest pass per month for a regular HEAT class, subject to availability.
Unused guest passes do not roll over and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Members may also receive access to selected member-only classes, events, offers, perks and surprises. These benefits may vary and do not guarantee free access to every HEAT event or collaboration.
Membership Freeze
HEAT Unlimited members may freeze their membership once per 12-month period for up to 30 consecutive days.
A standard freeze must be requested in advance and cannot be applied retroactively.
Membership payments continue as usual during the freeze period. During the approved freeze period, the membership cannot be used to book or attend classes.
The number of approved freeze days will be added as complimentary HEAT access at the end of the membership, once the membership has been cancelled and all paid membership periods have ended.
Unused freeze days cannot be carried over to a new 12-month period, transferred to another person or exchanged for cash.
Medical Freeze
If illness, injury, pregnancy or another medical circumstance prevents a member from attending HEAT for an extended period, a medical freeze may be requested.
Medical freezes are considered separately from the standard annual freeze and are intended for periods of at least 14 consecutive days during which the member is unable to participate.
HEAT may request reasonable supporting documentation confirming that participation is temporarily not recommended. Members are not required to disclose a diagnosis or unnecessary medical information.
Medical freezes may exceed 30 days where reasonably necessary and do not count as the member’s standard annual freeze.
Requests should be made as soon as reasonably possible. Approved medical freeze days will be compensated in accordance with the membership freeze policy and have no cash value or transferability.
